It aids in improving blood circulation and relieving pain associated with pinched nerves.

Consuming turmeric, known for its immunity-boosting effects, can prevent blood blockages.

Dr Sharma suggests adding a pinch of turmeric powder to warm milk and consuming it nightly before bedtime.
