The IBPS Specialist Officer (SO) Preliminary Results were issued today, January 16, by the Institute of Banking Personnel Selection (IBPS). The results of the IBPS SO Preliminary examination are available to candidates who took the test until January 24 on the official website, ibps.in. The IBPS SO Preliminary test took place on December 30 and 31, 2023. During the two hours of the preliminary exam, there were three sections of objective tests totalling 125 marks that were asked. According to the cut-off scores set for each test, candidates had to meet the requirements to be eligible to appear for the main exam.

Step 2: From the homepage, select the IBPS SO Prelims result 2023 link.

Step 3: After entering your login information, click “Submit.”

Step 4: The IBPS SO Prelims result 2023 will be shown on the screen.

Step 5: Download the page and review the results and scores.

Step 6: Print a copy of the IBPS SO Prelims result document for future reference.

Those who made it through the preliminary exam will be invited to the main exam, and those who were selected for the computer-based main exam will then be contacted for a common interview that will be carried out by the Nodal Bank in coordination with the Participating Banks. The date of the main examination is set for January 28, 2024.

Rajbhasha Adhikari, Agricultural Field Officer, Law Officer, and IT Officer (Scale-I) are among the 1402 posts that IBPS has made available during this recruitment.

The Common Recruitment Process (CRP) for candidates in the Specialist Officers’ cadre will include an online preliminary and main exam to fill these jobs. Should the candidates be selected for the Specialist Officer roles, they would be employed by several nationalised banks, including Union Bank of India, Bank of India, Bank of Maharashtra, Punjab National Bank,  Canara Bank, Bank of Baroda and others.
