Tata Motors To Host Mega Job Fair In Bihar For 500 ITI Apprentice Positions

Tata Motors is offering job opportunities to youths in Bihar. A large-scale employment camp is being organised in Arrah, Bihar, to provide jobs to ITI graduates. Within this camp, 500 seats will be restored. This job camp will be organised at the Government Industrial Training Institute, Dhanupara, on Friday, January 19, from 10 AM to 4 PM.

Male and female ITI candidates between the ages of 18 and 25 will be recruited for the apprentice position in this camp. To be eligible to participate in this job campaign, candidates must provide original copies of their resumes, certifications, and photocopies of each, together with a passport-sized photo, proof of address, and government-based ID proof.

One of the biggest firms in the nation, Tata Motors Passenger Vehicle Ltd., will conduct campus selection for the recruitment of candidates for 500 positions. Only those who pass the ITI will be chosen for the apprentice position. To be eligible for the campus selection process, applicants should have an ITI pass or be presenting as trainees.

Selected candidates will be given salaries ranging from Rs 8,500 to Rs 12,000. The District Planning Office issued a press release, including information about the job camp. The letter also states that the corporation would accept the terms of employment and that the district administration would not cooperate with this.

In addition to that, Tata Technologies launched a hiring campaign, #Reignite, targeting eligible female engineers on a career break. The process will involve three stages: Explore, Elevate and Engage. The programme is in line with its focus on promoting gender diversity across its workforce and is looking for candidates with the potential to take up roles in design engineering, electric wiring harness, CAD engineering, Teamcenter release, vehicle integration, BOM creation activities, etc.

Selected women will get opportunities to work on global projects, learn through classroom, upskill, and e-learning platforms, the Tata Group company said.
