BTS Stars RM And V's First Picture From Military Goes Viral; ARMY Is Emotional

South Korean boyband BTS members — V, RM, Suga, J-Hope, Jimin, Jungkook, and Jin are now enlisted in the military. Reports claim that after their 18-month-long tenure in the army, the septet would be reuniting sometime in 2025. Although the temporary disbandment has broken the hearts of their fans aka the BTS Army, they have extended their best wishes to the group. Now, coming as a treat to BTS lovers, the first picture of V and RM from the military training camp has surfaced on the internet. Needless to say, the photo of the boys donning military uniforms gas whipped up an online storm.

The special photograph, featuring V and RM was dropped on X (formerly Twitter) by several fan pages. “Taehyung (V) and Namjoon (RM) from the military,” read this particular caption. The picture captures the two boys sitting on a chair. Both sport somber expressions on their faces as they look at the camera. Both V and RM were seen donning military caps while blue badges were pasted on their military uniforms.

Fans’ happiness knew no bounds as soon as they came across the now-viral snapshot. Reacting to it, one user wrote, “Aww, Captain Taehyung and Namjoon”. Drawing similarities between K-drama, a second individual commented, “V looks like the soldiers in the K-drama.” Complimenting the duo’s military costumes, a third person noted, “They look so fine on that uniform.” Wishing them good luck, another remark read, “PLEASE ALWAYS STAY SAFE AND HEALTHY.”

RM, V, Jimin, and Jungkook were the latest members to join the military. While BTS leader RM and vocalist V joined on December 11, Jimin and Jungkook followed suit the following day. Earlier, a couple of pictures of Jimin and Jungkook from the military camp also emerged on X, taking fans into a frenzy. The duo, twinning in black ensembles was seen attending a lecture session inside a classroom premises. They seemed to give a patient ear to the instructor. Both the singers sported a buzzed hairstyle and put on black face masks.

According to BTS management company Big Hit Music, the group is “looking forward to reconvening again around 2025.” Although the date of their reunion has not been announced yet, the news has nevertheless excited the BTS Army who are awaiting to watch them collaborate again.
