London: A spoof commercial for a sexy car alarm with a recording of a woman in the throws of passion has become immensely popular among net surfers.
The advertisement for an Orgasalarm car has attracted nearly 120,000 viewers which relays the amplified sound of an intense female orgasm in time to the car's flashing hazard warning lights.
The satirical ad has been made by US production company ‘Handsome Donkey’, headed by Aaron Greenberg, who’s also an associate producer on the hit TV series My Name Is Earl, reports News of the World
The ad takes a swipe at car alarms that are now routinely regarded as an annoying disturbance and fail to prevent crime.
It features a thief stealing a car in a suburban street who is ignored by neighbours despite the deafening sound when its alarm is activated.
But he is forced to flee when his attempted theft triggers the Orgasalarm programmed to play a woman's climax at full volume and astonished residents are alerted.
More than 70,000 have viewed the viral on YouTube and a further 50,000 have seen it on the company's website.
Thousands more around the world have also accessed it via a host of file-sharing sites including MySpace.
