Team India batting maestro Virat Kohli, who is known for his jolly attitude, was once again livewire on the field during Day 1 of the second Test match against South Africa. With India placed in a comfortable position courtesy of Mohammed Siraj’s six-wicket haul, Kohli looked relaxed in the middle and was enjoying his time in the fielding.
The former India captain was seen vibing to the melodious ‘Ram Siya Ram’ song at Newlands, Cape Town.
South Africa were six down and Keshav Maharaj made an entry in the middle after Marco Jansen’s dismissal.
The DJ played the Ram Siya Ram song as Kohli folded his hands in respect of Lord Rama, he also made a bow and arrow sign.
The video of the incident went viral on social media.

Kohli looked in solid touch during the opening Test match where he scored 38 in the first innings and fought a lone battle with a 76-run knock in the second innings. But it was not enough to help India avoid an embarrassing an innings and 32-run defeat in Centurion.
IND vs SA 2nd Test Day 1 Live Score And Updates
Meanwhile, Indian bowler Mohammed Siraj engineered an extraordinary South African batting collapse as the hosts were bowled out for 55 before lunch on the first day of the second Test at Newlands on Wednesday.
Siraj took a career-best six for 15, bowling unchanged for nine overs as South Africa’s decision to bat first backfired spectacularly.
Siraj’s 6/15 turned out to be the best bowling figures by an Indian pacer in Cape Town. Meanwhile, it is their best by an Indian on the Proteas soil after Shardul Thakur 7/61 and 7/120.
It was South Africa’s lowest total since they were bowled out for 36 and 45 against Australia in Melbourne in 1931/32.
Stand-in South African captain Dean Elgar, playing in his last Test, stressed the need for his team to start well as they defend a 1-0 lead in the two-match series.
But it was India who controlled the morning’s play on a pitch which offered bounce and seam movement.
