BSF Tradesman Recruitment 2024: Notification Released For 2,140 Vacancies at bsf.gov.in

A short notice for the BSF Tradesman Recruitment 2024 has been released by the Border Security Force (BSF) on January 2. Candidates who are interested in applying for the Constable (Tradesman) posts can visit the official website at rectt.bsf.gov.in to check the notice. The deadline day for the entertainment of applications will be 30 days from the date of publication of the advertisement. This recruitment drive aims to fill 2,140 vacancies of which 1,723 are for men and the rest 417 are for women.

BSF Tradesman Recruitment 2024: How to apply

Step 1 – Visit the official recruitment website of BSF at rectt.bsf.gov.in.

Step 2 – Find the link for the BSF Constable Recruitment 2024 on the homepage and then click on it. It can only be done once the link is activated.

Step 3 – A window will open on your screen where you will be required to enter your details and then hit submit.

Step 4 – Carefully fill out the application form and then you will have to upload all the required documents.

Step 5 – Once the form is complete and the documents have been uploaded, you will be required to pay your application fee online.

Step 6 – After you are done paying, you can download the confirmation page and keep a printout for future reference.

BSF Tradesman Recruitment 2024: Selection Process

The BSF Tradesman Vacancy 2024 selection process involves six main steps. They include –

— Candidates will first be asked to take a Physical Standards Test or a PST.

— The next step in the selection process is a Physical Efficiency Test or a PET.

— The third step requires a Document Verification procedure.

— Then a Trade Test follows.

— Candidates will next be asked to give their Written Test.

— Clearing their written will enable candidates to take a Medical Examination.

The BSF Tradesman 2024 exam has been categorised into four main parts. A total of 100 marks will be allocated for 100 questions. These questions will be available in two languages including – Hindi and English. The duration of this test will not be more than 120 minutes.
