The Karnataka School Education and Assessment Board (KSEAB) has announced the results of the Secondary School Leaving Certificate 2024c (SSLC) today, May 9 at 10:30 am. Class 10 students of the Karnataka State Board who have been eagerly waiting for their final results an check their scorecards and download them from the official sites at kseeb.kar.nic.in and karresults.nic.in.

Karnataka SSLC Result 2024: Passing Marks
In order to successfully pass the SSLC exam, candidates need to score 40 out of the total 150 marks in theory exams and a minimum of 30 out of 50 in the practical exams. Students who fail to achieve the minimum score will have to sit for the SSLC Supplementary Exam. The overall passing mark is 35 per cent.
Out of a total of 625 marks, students need to secure a minimum of 219 marks to pass. Students who will score 90 per cent or more are deemed excellent and will be given Grade A+. Those who score between 80-90 per cent, which is categorised as very good, will be rewarded grade A. Similarly grade B+ will be given to those who score between 70-80 per cent. For 60-70 per cent, students will be given grade B, from 50-60 per cent, they will be given grade C+ and from 35 to 50 per cent, candidates will be given grace C, depending upon their performances.
Karnataka SSLC Result 2024: How to check the result? Follow these steps
Step 1: The candidates need to visit the official website of KSEAB at kseeb.kar.nic.in.
Step 2: Once you reach the homepage, look out for the tab ‘SSLC Result 2024’ or something like that and click on it.
Step 3: The candidate will be asked to enter the login credentials. Fill it up carefully and click on the submit button.
Step 4: The final result will be out on the desktop screen. Check all the information mentioned on the screen carefully.
Step 5: Download the result and take a print out of it on an A4 size sheet for future reference.
In 2023, the results for the Karnataka SSLC exam were declared on May 8 with an overall passing percentage of 83.89 per cent. Around 8.3 lakh students appeared for the exam and 7 lakh managed to pass. While in 2022, the total pass percentage stood at 85.63 per cent.
