Designer Rahul Mishra recently took to Instagram to share his latest creation, a breathtaking ensemble worn by none other than iconic singer and actress Jennifer Lopez. This show-stopping outfit features a hand-embroidered noir Raven feathered layered cape, paired flawlessly with matching sequinned leggings from his popular Couture Fall 2023 line. The Indian designer’s caption read, “The iconic Jennifer Lopez graces the spotlight in our hand-embroidered noir ‘Raven’ feathered layered cape, paired with coordinating sequinned leggings from Rahul Mishra Couture.”

The cape itself is a true masterpiece, drawing its inspiration from the intricate feathers of the Raven bird, as informed by Mishra himself, is meticulously prepared using hand embroidery.

This particular design is part of Mishra’s last year’s Fall 2023 collection, aptly titled “We, The People,” paying homage to the talented fashion artisans who painstakingly craft each look at his atelier.

“Meticulously realised through intricate hand embroidery. The design originates in our Couture Fall 2023 collection, ‘We, The People’ that is an ode to our fashion workers who articulate the looks at our atelier,” Mishra wrote.
