4 Ways to Cancel Your Facetune Subscription & Get a Refund
Trying to cancel your Facetune free trial or subscription? You can easily deactivate your membership on both mobile or desktop, as long as you’re using the same device that’s connected to your account. In this article, we’ll walk you through how to cancel a Facetune subscription on desktop, iOS, Android, and PayPal, plus how to request a refund if you see unauthorized charges.

Canceling Facetune on iPhone

Open the “Settings” app and tap on your name. On the iPhone connected to your Facetune account, select “Settings,” or the app that looks like a gray cog icon. Click on your name at the top of the screen, which is located above the text “Apple ID, iCloud+, Media & Purchases.”

Hit the “Subscriptions” button and choose “Facetune.” The “Subscriptions” button is located under the “Payment & Shipping” button. Once you click on it, a list of all your active subscriptions will pop up. Select your “Facetune” subscription to modify or cancel it.

Click on “Cancel Subscription” at the bottom of the screen. Read the on-screen instructions to finalize your cancellation, then hit “Confirm.” The expiration date of your subscription will be listed underneath the text “You’ve canceled your subscription.” You still have access to your subscription until the end of your membership.

Canceling Facetune on Android

Open the “Google Play Store” app and tap on your profile. Logged into the same account connected to your Facetune subscription, click on the Google Play Store app—it looks like a triangle with green, blue, red, and yellow colors inside of it. Navigate to the top right corner of the screen and select the profile icon.

Tap the “Payments & subscriptions” button and select “Subscriptions.” Once the pop up menu opens, hit the “Payments & subscriptions” button that is located under “Offers and notifications.” Then, click on the “Subscriptions” button to pull up a list of all your active and inactive subscriptions.

Click on “Facetune,” then hit “Cancel subscription” at the bottom of the screen. Follow the on-screen instructions to finalize your cancellation. Once your current billing period ends, you will not be charged for Facetune.

Canceling Facetune on a Computer

Go to Facetuneapp.com and log into your account. Enter your email address, along with the 6-digit verification code that is sent to your email. Once you sign in, you can manage your Facetune subscription.

Click on the “Cancel Subscription” button next to “Facetune.” On the top of the page, there is a list of all your active subscriptions. Select the “Cancel Subscription” button beside the “Facetune” tab to terminate your subscription or trial. If you don’t see a “Cancel Subscription” button, email a screenshot of your invoice to [email protected] to cancel your subscription or trial.

Canceling Facetune on PayPal

Sign in to your PayPal account and click the gear icon. On the PayPal home page, click on the “Log in” button in the top right corner of the screen. Enter your email address and password to access your account. Then, hit the gear icon in the top right corner of the screen (next to “Log out”).

Hit the “Payments” tab and then click “Automatic payments.” The “Payments” tab is located in the top and center of the screen, to the right of the “Data & Privacy” tab. Once you click on it, scroll to the bottom of the page and hit “Automatic payments.”

Select “Facetune” and hit “Remove PayPal as your payment method.” On the left side of the screen, there is a list of all your active subscriptions. Click on Facetune, then scroll to the bottom of the page. Hit the “Remove PayPal as your payment method” button at the bottom of the screen to deactivate autopay and cancel your subscription.

Email customer service at [email protected]. If you can’t cancel your Facetune subscription on mobile or desktop, shoot the company an email for additional help. Getting a Refund

Contact customer service and submit a request form to be refunded. If you notice charges on your account after canceling your subscription, take a screenshot of your receipt and send it to Lightricks, the company that runs Facetune. Submit their request form online, and be sure to include your email address and a detailed message about your request. If you have charges through the App Store, reach out to Apple Support directly to resolve your issue. Alternatively, contact Facetune customer service by sending an email to [email protected].
