ALAPPUZHA: The body of a 30-year-old woman, who went missing along with her husband on Friday, was found in the Kayamkulam backwaters within the Thrikkunnapuzha police station limits here on Sunday. The body was found under the Thrikkunnapuzha bridge by some local people. The couple was about to go abroad early morning on Saturday.Kayamkulam DySP Suneesh Kumar said that Nisha and her husband Maniraj, 34, Karutharayil, Aloompedika, Prayar South, went missing while they were returning home in their car from Ernakulam. The Oachira police had registered a missing case in this regard after the kin of the couple lodged a complaint with the police on Friday.
