Mumbai: Filmmaker Anurag Kashyap's short story in 'Bombay Talkies' will have a special song, a kind of tribute to megastar Amitabh Bachchan, who has been regaling Indian audiences for four decades. The song can, in fact, be called the 'Bachchan anthem'.

"Amitabh Bachchan is an icon in the film industry and has given blockbuster memorable films as his body of work. The song will have a lot of kids, dressed in different avatars donned by Big B over the years in his movies," said a source associated with the project.

The lyrics of the song go like this - "Sitaaron ki shaan hai jo, vo Bachchan, cinema ka imaan hai jo, vo bachchan, reelon se dilon tak, aya re aya re... chhaaya re, bachcha bachcha gaaye, from bachpan bachpan."

The video of the song, composed by Amit Trivedi, will feature children dancing with several of Amitabh's stills from his iconic films in the backdrop. The video is choreographed by Remo D'Souza.

'Bombay Talkies' is co-directed by four directors, including Kashyap, Karan Johar, Zoya Akhtar and Dibakar Banerjee. The four directors have put together four short stories to make one project. The film is slated to release May 3.
