They were arrested under Section 2 of the Prevention of Insult to National Honour Act 1971 for lowering the national flag hoisted at Chayom town, the police said.The Nileshwaram Police arrested the trio on receiving a complaint from P A Umeshan, who hoisted the tricolour in the colony.
