BANGALORE: The Lokayukta Court on Monday adjourned hearing on a private complaint against Union External Affairs Minister S M Krishna and two other former chief ministers, accusing them of being involved in illegal mining, till April 11.The petition filed by one T J Abraham, a social activist, was adjourned by Lokayukta Judge N K Sudheendra Rao, after the complainant sought time in view of the Supreme Court stay on the investigation into allegations against Krishna.Abraham has also filed a memo before the Lokayukta Court seeking a probe into the content of an affidavit filed by Samudaya Parivartana Samaj (SPS) in the illegal mining case.Abraham alleged that the SPS was trying to interfere in the case and derail it, at the behest of some of the illegal mining company owners.In his complaint in December last, Abraham had accused Krishna, N Dharm Singh and H D Kumaraswamy of being complicit in illegal mining.
