BANGALORE: Spewing venom against Chief Minister B S Yeddyurappa and Assembly Speaker K G Bopaiah for the summary rejection of the notice to discuss the adjournment motion which the Congress had sent to the Chair for a debate on the strictures passed by the Supreme Court, Leader of Opposition in the Assembly Siddaramaiah termed the action as "highly undemocratic and dictatorial".
Siddaramaiah was addressing the press here on Thursday. He criticised the Speaker for refusing to admit the notice even for consideration."It seems the state government does not want a discussion on any matter and is adopting a hostile attitude towards the Opposition," he charged. He said that party legislators would meet again in the morning and take a decision whether to continue their agitation or not.
