Follow us:WhatsappFacebookTwitterTelegram.cls-1{fill:#4d4d4d;}.cls-2{fill:#fff;}Google NewsAfter launching multiple projects across the country and having sold more than 4,500 homes in India, SARE Homes (South Asian Real Estate) has launched 400 expandable villas at its 112.2-acre integrated township on OMR called ‘SARE Crescent ParC’. SARE Homes has already offered possession in Phase-1 of this township, with the construction of phases 2, 3 and 4 on in full swing.  Located on the Thiruporur bypass on OMR, between the entertainment highway on ECR and the IT Corridor of OMR, the township is in close proximity to SIPCOT at Siruseri, which houses Asia’s largest IT Park. The township is a 10-minute drive from Siruseri and is close to schools and educational institutions there. The proposed Chennai rail link will touch the township, linking it to the city via the Thiruporur Railway Station.  The villas have been designed to enable the owner add additional living space at a later date. The layouts are pre-approved to ease this expansion. This enables the owner to initially buy, say a two-bedroom house with a lower initial investment, and later expand it into a three bedroom home at his/her convenience. Commenting on the launch, David Walker, executive director, SARE Homes, said, “We are always guided by the need of our customers and the launch of expandable villas will cater to the demand of those who are looking for well-designed villas which offer a good value proposition.’’ The project offers two different kinds of expandable villas - ‘Type A’ and ‘Type B’ villas. Type A villas are well-appointed 2BHK duplex villas, with front and garden facing location options to choose from. There is a provision to build a third bedroom with an attached toilet on the second floor at a later date.  These are priced at Rs 37.49 lakh. Type B Villas are 3BHK with study duplex villas and are designed to give a sense of luxury with a choice of front-facing or garden-facing location options.  There is a provision to build a fourth bedroom with an attached toilet on the second floor.  These are priced at Rs 52.95 lakh.  All these villas are vaastu compliant. The rooms are spaciously designed and attract plenty of sunlight and are well ventilated. Special features included in the design are security grills, master bedroom with balcony, spacious kitchen with storage and privacy design for all bedroomsfirst published:September 01, 2012, 10:15 ISTlast updated:September 01, 2012, 10:15 IST
