H N Krishnas bail plea transferred

BANGALORE: The HC on Thursday directed the HC registry to place the matter on hearing of bail plea filed by former chairman of KPSC H N Krishna before the appropriate bench.Justice H Billappa rejected the bail application filed on September 19. Justice B V Pinto referred to a HC circular which states that the judge who granted anticipatory bail to three other accused in the case must hear the regular bail application as well.
