HC moved on location of ESIC Medical

ROURKELA: The Orissa High Court has admitted a writ petition which sought to restrain the Central and State governments from setting up the Medical College and Hospital at Bhubaneswar.
Addressing a joint press conference, members of the Coordinated Action Committee (CAC) besides the CPM and Congress, demanded ESIC's MCH at Rourkela.
