Jammu: In fresh incidents of ceasefire violation the Pakistani Army on Tuesday fired at two Indian posts at the Line of Control (LoC) in Kerni and Kalyan sectors of Jammu and Kashmir's Poonch district.

Pakistani troops fired two rockets and also targeted the two Indian posts with heavy machine guns. However, there was no causality on the Indian side.

The firing from the Pakistani side also targeted the civilian areas on the Indian side of the LoC.

Terrorists use the area to infiltrate into India and the Pakistani Army gives them support by firing at Indian posts of try and divert the attention of Indian forces.

A few days ago, two women were injured during Pakistan firing in the area.
