The accused in the Lajpat Nagar heist have told the Delhi police that a Gurgaon policeman took a part of the loot to let them go.
New Delhi: The Delhi Police on Wednesday made another arrest in the Lajpat Nagar heist case. A 26-year-old youth was arrested from Delhi's Nangloi area and according to sources, and Rs 25 lakh has been recovered from him.
The arrest came after two of the accused's accomplices were held earlier this week.
They have even told the police that a Gurgaon policeman took a part of the loot to let them go.
The police is verifying the claims.
The total number of arrests in the case is now 7 and the police is on the lookout for three more.
