A woman and her mother were attacked by a group of men in Anand Parbat area of Delhi. The incident captured on CCTV camera shows the accused assaulting the mother-daughter duo.
Three accused have been arrested while two are still on the run. Various teams have been deployed to arrest the two absconding accused.
The victim has claimed that one of her attackers used to stalk her and she had complained against him in the past as well. Based on her complaint, the police had registered a case under IPC Sections 354 (Assault or criminal force to woman with intent to outrage her modesty) and 506 (criminal intimidation).
After coming out on bail, the prime accused in the case, Sonu, attacked the duo on Saturday.
Police have registered a fresh FIR in the case. The three accused have been sent to 14-day judicial custody.
