Pinarayi soft on Mani: Chennithala

NEYYATINKARA: KPCC president Ramesh Chennithala alleged that CPM state secretary Pinarayi Vijayan was justifying  murder politics in the state. ‘’Pinarayi is yet to denounce what M M Mani has said about CPM targeting rivals after preparing a hit list. CPM state secretary had only opined that Mani should not have told this in public,’’ said Chennithala.  Speaking at a press conference at Neyyatinkara, he said the CPM was trying to criminalise politics and CPM should make it clear whether it will take any action against Mani. ‘’The CPM which in the beginning said that the murder of T P Chandrashekaran should be properly investigated is now backtracking from its stand. The party is challenging the police team which is conducting the probe in the proper direction and also criticising the media which are doing their  duty,’’ he said.
