New Delhi: The Supreme Court will hear Tata Group chairman Rata Tata's plea in the 2G spectrum scam case on Wednesday. Tata had claimed that the corporate lobbyist Nira Radia tapes should not be made public as it infringes on his right to privacy.
Tata also sought an investigation into the leak of the Radia's conversations with several politicians, media persons and businessmen.
In a significant disclosure, the Centre had on January 31 told the apex court that the Radia tapes broadcast by media organisations had been tampered with and the government agencies were not responsible for its leakage.
