New Delhi: CNN-IBN once again made a mark at the seventh edition of the Ramnath Goenka Excellence in Journalism Awards as it bagged five awards on Tuesday.
Smita Nair won the award for reporting on politics and government for the year 2011 and Marya Shakil also won the award in the same category for the year 2012.
Arijit Sen won the award for on the spot reporting for the year 2012.
Jajati Karan won the investigative reporting award for 2011.
Karma Paljor won Business reporting award for 2012.
Even IBN Lokmat bagged four awards.
Vinayak Deepak Gaikwad bagged award for sports journalism.
Prajakta R Dhulap won award for regional languages.
Alka Atmaram Dhupkar won award for uncovering India invisible (broadcast) and Arti Dattatray Kulkarni for environment reporting.
The ceremony was held at ITC Maurya in New Delhi.
