HYDERABAD: Telangana Rashtra Samiti chief K Chandrasekhara Rao on Sunday spewed venom on Telugu Desam president N Chandrababu Naidu, telling him that the people had buried the TDP in Telangana region and there was no hope of its resurrection.Reacting to Nadiu’s comment that the by-elections in March would be the last elections for the TRS, Rao said: “Your last elections were in 2004.You should have realised that. You can never get a seat in the Andhra region.People will not vote for you in Telagnana. The TRS will win all the five seats it is contesting and Nagam Janardhan Reddy, who is in the fray in Nagarkurnool with TRS support, will win the sixth seat.He took exception to Naidu saying that he would protect the interests of the state in future.“There will be no united state in future. How can you protect it?” he asked.Rao reacted sharply to Naidu’s remark that alliance with TRS in the 2009 elections cost the TDP the chance to come to power and him an opportunity to become chief minister again, saying, “If you had won a handful of seats in Telangana, it was because your alliance with us.You would have definitely become chief minister had you not deceived the TRS by fielding your party’s candidates in 30 constituencies in the Telangana region.”
