In a shocking accident from Bihar’s Bhagalpur, a speeding truck rammed into a jeep killing six people, including two minors and injuring three others, on Monday.
The accident occurred at around 11.30 pm on NH 80 near Aamapur village and the injured were admitted to the nearest government hospital.

The deceased have been identified as Satyam Mandal (32), Sanchit Kumar (18), Abhisekh Kumar (12), Pankaj Kumar Singh (35), Amit Das (16) and Parimal Das (42).
As per reports, a speeding truck, carrying rods, overturned and fell into the car after it suffered a tyre burst.
Station House Officer (SHO) of Ghogha Police Station, Ajeet Kumar said, “The speeding stone chips-laden truck reportedly lost control and collided with the jeep on National Highway-80. The passengers were on their way to a marriage party.”
He further said that the driver of the truck, which has been impounded, fled the scene.
“The rescue work continued for three hours… The bodies have been sent for post-mortem examination,” Kumar added.
One of the eyewitnesses of the horrific accident told reporters that they heard a loud noise and suddenly the truck toppled over the vehicle. He claimed that it happened due to overloading of the truck. “Total there were 10 people in the vehicle, including the driver. Six people died on the spot,” he added.
