Two miscreants strangulates man to death over monetary dispute

A labourer was strangled to death allegedly by two persons over a monetary dispute in Karauli district, police said on Sunday.

Rampal Jat, about 35 years, was murdered at Langara village Saturday night, Additional Superintendent of Police, Karauli, Suresh Meena said.

Pooran Meena was arrested, while second accused Mukesh was still absconding, the ASP said.

Meanwhile, people belonging to Meena community staged a protest near Collectorate.

The protesters demanded a financial assistance of Rs five for Rampal's family, sources said.
