HYDERABAD: There’s good news for those looking to study in the US. The United States India Educational Foundation (USIEF), in collaboration with the Institute of International Education (IIE) is organising a US Universities Fair at the Taj Krishna on Nov 6 from 2:00 to 5:00 p.m. A total of 22 US universities, providing a wide range of undergrad and graduate level programs, are expected to participate in the fair. The event unlike other educational fairs will not be a venue for on-the-spot admissions. Rather, students will get the chance to interact with admission officers and university representatives on a one-to-one basis to gain reliable and authentic course information. Adam J Grotsky, Executve Director, USIEF hopes that the fair will help Indian students find the best US university for their academic pursuits. “Such fairs are popular all over the world for the useful information they bring in. USIEF is committed to the cause,” he said. Some of the participating universities include the Ohio State University-Main Campus, State University of New York-Buffalo, Savannah College of Art and Design, Northern Michigan University, University of California-Irvine, Bentley University and New York Institute of Technology among others. Admission to the fair is free and students can collect application forms and other course materials from the representatives. For more information contact 040-66668435/66668437
