Rajasthan BJP state president Vasundhara Raje on Wednesday released the party manifesto for the state, assuring 5 per cent reservation for Gujjar community, 24 hour power supply, schemes for welfare of girl child among other promises. Also present at the conference was BJP president Rajnath Singh.

"Our manifesto talks about serious issues. It is our sankalp patra (letter with commitment). Our commitments are time-bound unlike Congress and we will deliver it," said Rajnath Singh.

"I have seen anger among people. All promises have not been fulfilled by Congress. If you haven't made the basic structures of living available for people, why should they vote for you. Congress promises something and then does something else," said Vasundhara Raje.

Here is the list of promises made by Rajasthan BJP:

-Police Welfare Board will be set up

-Animal Husbandry ministry will be set up

-Households will get 24X7 electricity supply

- New farmers protection schemes will be introduced

- New women empowerment programmes will be formulated

-More job opportunities for youth will be created

-Allowance to Panchayat members will be increased

-Rajasthan will fall under Devnarayan Development Board

-Devnarayan Development Board's annual budget will be Rs 500 crore

-Maharana Pratap Police battalion will be formed

-Service cadre will be formed for TSP area

-5 pc reservation for Gujjars. Official procedure will be followed to include Gujjar reservation in 9th schedule of Constitution

-Rural villages will get medical van facilities to link it with city hospitals

-a new committee to moitor National Sanctuary will be formed

-Effortswill be made to ensure welfare of minority communities

-Madrasas will be linked to vocational training institutes

-new schemes will be made for labourers working outside the state, especially in the wake of accident/tragedy situations

-Efforts will be made to make Rajasthan a state with 'special status'
