It’s tough to cope with people who make you grate your teeth, especially at your work place where your prime purpose is to be productive. Tantrum thrower: You didn’t even know what you did wrong and the other person keeps complaining all the time and keeps rambling on and on. No matter how well you perform at work, this person will only pick mistakes, will never appreciate and will always have something derogatory to say.
Boss’ loyalist: You’d have done your work long back, but just to pretend that he/she did it first, they’d be around the boss to present it first.
The caller: Office is over. You get a call. It’s the same colleague who always asks his/her queries/doubts/problems after office hours.
Gossip-girl/rumor-guy: Girls/guys who always have some gossip to share. Wonder when they work or if they work at all.
The one who feels jealous all the time: He/she has something to cry about out of jealousy and will keep comparing himself/herself to other people. He/she might also say bad things about other people to feel better about himself/herself.
Chatter box: This girl’s/guy’s chitchats never end. He/she is mostly found talking on the phone when there isn’t any colleague to talk to.
The oh-so-bossy: You might be full of creative thoughts, but this person will belittle your proposals and will try to put his/her ideas above yours. He/she will always want the work to be done his/her way.
Those who overhear others’ conversations: No matter where you go to take a call, some people will just follow you to know whom you’re talking to and what you’re talking about.
Credit Fanatic: You might be working on a project together and being humble about completing the presentation you worked extremely hard on but at the end of it all he/she will try to take all the credit.
Mr/Ms show-off: He/she has something or the other to brag about all the time. You came to office to work but this person will keep talking about the new things he/she bought and will show it off to you all the time even when you’re not interested.

The swindler: He/she tries to look innocent and genuine in front of everyone but cheats or copies work most of the times. This person might have the most amazing resume projecting him/her to be overqualified for the job but half filled with lies. However, sooner or later the true colors of this chameleon will finally be revealed.
The competitive non-helper: So, you go to this person to help you with something he/she has an expertise in. But he/she will never help you. This person is so competitive that he/she will never help you grow in any way.
Those good at blaming others: This person always blames others for his failures. He/she will never take responsibility for his/her actions and might drag you down with himself/herself.
The most irresponsible borrower: Unable to find your stapler/punching machine/pencil/highlighter/money? When was the last time you lost something and found it in this person’s cubicle? Such person might not even ask you before taking your belongings. Forget about him/her returning them to you.
