Aishwarya Rai AVOIDS Cameras, Zooms Past Paparazzi As She Steps Out in Mumbai | See Photos

Bollywood actress Aishwarya Rai was spotted out and about in Mumbai but it seems like she did not want to be photographed. Paparazzi spotted Aishwarya in Mumbai’s Bandra area, running an errand. The actress was spotted stepping out from the building she was visiting and diving into the car instead of photos for the cameras. As she exited the venue, she did not stop for the paparazzi.

Despite her efforts of not getting clicked, the paparazzi managed to get a glimpse of her in the car. Aishwarya was seen wearing a white outfit and even turning her face away when the cameras photographed her. Check out the photos below:

Aishwarya Rai is not known to make often media appearances. The last time she was spotted out and about was earlier this summer when she attended the Cannes 2024 film festival. She sported a sling, with a white cast visible around the wrist. Despite her injury, she aced her style game. Although Aishwarya has been tight-lipped about her injury, Mid-Day revealed she injured herself when she was at home.

The incident took place on May 11. Aishwarya reportedly fractured her wrist after she had a bad fall at her Mumbai residence. The report added that she decided to complete her work assignments while the wrist swelling reduced. Once she is cleared by the doctors, she is expected to undergo surgery.

“Two days after her fall, she did her costume fittings with her designers, and only requested that they ensure that the venue was spacious and comfortable so that she could avoid another injury. The brand was thankful and appreciative that she met her share of the deal despite being in pain,” a source told Mid-Day.

“Her doctors had stated that she could undergo surgery after the swelling had subsided, and had granted permission to travel for the festival. She is likely to be seen in a splint for a month, and will subsequently undergo physiotherapy to regain her strength,” the insider added.

On the work front, Aishwarya was last seen in Ponniyin Selvan 2 in 2023. She hasn’t announced a film since.
