Korean actor Chae Jong-hyeop is making quite a name for himself as a rising star. Having worked in a string of back-to-back series, this actor has effortlessly delved into a spectrum of roles, showcasing versatility on the screen. From embodying the endearing potato boy in the romantic drama Nevertheless to portraying the charismatic and handsome athlete Park Tae-joon in Love All Play, Chae Jong-hyeop’s ability to undergo significant transformations is evident. Currently, he’s taking the lead in Netflix’s Japanese series Eye Love You, where despite the show having only two episodes out till now, Chae Jong-hyeop has already managed to seize the attention of viewers, thanks to a particularly intense bed scene.
The narrative of Eye Love You revolves around Motomiya Yuri, a woman in her early thirties who also happens to be the CEO of a chocolate shop. Yuri possesses an intriguing telepathic ability, she can hear a person’s true thoughts simply by locking eyes with them. However, this unique gift becomes a burden, exposing her to the genuine feelings of others, and leading her to renounce the pursuit of love. That is until a sudden encounter with Yoon Tae Oh, a Korean student unafraid to express his emotions. Yet, a language barrier emerges when Yuri realises she can’t comprehend his thoughts in Korean. This realisation becomes a turning point, prompting her to gradually open her heart to him.
In the series, Chae Jong-hyeop takes on the role of Yoon Tae-oh. In a recently aired episode, the actor adds a layer of intensity by participating in a steamy bed scene, where he notably removes his shirt. As the main characters acknowledge their feelings for each other, they express a desire to progress their relationship to the next stage.

However, as soon as Chae removes his shirt, the plot takes an unexpected turn – it was all just a dream! Yuri wakes up, realising that the intimate encounter with Yoon Tae-oh existed solely in her imagination. Given that the drama is still in its early stages, viewers eagerly await the upcoming developments in the relationship between the characters.
During the brief scene featuring Chae Jong-hyeop, viewers not only appreciated his acting skills but also couldn’t help but swoon over his robust physique.
