Actress Divya Khosla Kumar is all set to appear in the film Savi. It had its theatrical release today. As part of the film’s promotion, she graced the stage of the popular singing show, Superstar Singer 3. The contestants impressed the Yaariyan 2 actress. The latest episode of the show titled Second Inning saw Divya Khosla Kumar as the guest judge. The theme behind Second Inning was to celebrate grandparents and the unconditional love they have. One 14-year-old contestant named Shubh, a resident of Siliguri, West Bengal succeeded in impressing the audience as well as Divya, with his version of Gulmohar Gar Tumhara Naam. Highly impressed by Shub’s performance, Divya Khosla Kumar stated, “The atmosphere you created with your voice mesmerised us so much that we felt like we were in the 60s.” She added, “You sang so beautifully that we didn’t want you to stop; it was so beautiful and divine.” She concluded by declaring, “I feel you will make your Bollywood debut soon.”
Neha Kakkar, one of the show’s main judges complimented Shub’s singing, saying he is blessed with a beautiful voice. She said, “I had never heard this song before and I have fallen in love with it after hearing it in your voice. It was so beautiful.”
The song Gulmohar Gar Tumhara Naam featured in the film Devata, released in 1978. The film is helmed by S Ramanathan, and stars Shabana Azmi and Sanjeev Kapoor.

Composers like Vishal Mishra, Javed-Mohsin, Piyush Shanker and Arkadeep Karmakar. The cinematographer is Chinmay Salaskar and Shaan Mohammad is doing the editing.
