Mumbai: Actor Varun Sharma, who is driving a truck for a TV show, says handling the vehicle is not as easy as it looks.
In History channel's Ice Road Truckers, India's Deadliest roads, Varun is seen behind the wheels of a truck as he undertakes a journey from Manali to Siachen.
"Driving a truck is not as easy as it looks. It is too tiring and it takes a toll on you. But all said and done, I am trying my best and I am sure I will be a pro at it soon," Varun said in a statement.
The show is the Indian version of American show Ice Road Truckers. It features the activities of celebrities who are driving a truck from Manali to Leh on deadly roads while completing the tasks given to them.
Besides Varun, Mandira Bedi and Sangram Singh are also a part of the show.
"I had good two months in hand, so thought why not experiment. I loved the concept of the show and I am sure it will be a different and a wonderful experience," he added.
The actor shared that he has just finished shooting for "Raabta" in Budapest with Sushant Singh Rajput and Kriti Sanon and will start shooting for Fukrey 2 soon.
