The track was a huge hit and a year after it grabbed everyone’s attention because of a toddler, Sairaj Kendre. He shot to fame overnight after he featured in a reel on this song and it spread like fire on the internet. It also caught the attention of big artists and politicians. Now, as per the latest updates, the adorable internet sensation is all set to mark his entry into showbiz with a serial.

Sairaj Kendre is all set to star in a serial, and its promo has caught Marathi viewers’ attention. The internet sensation will star in Zee Marathi’s Appi Amchi Collector which is all set to premiere on TV from May 1. The promo video was shared by the makers on Instagram. The caption read, “Will destiny fix broken relationships seven years ago? Appi is our collector. Maharashtra Day, special part. May 1, 7 PM.”

Appi Amchi Collector will star Shivani Naik, Santosh Patil, Parshuram Rohit, Sunil Dongar and Neelam Wadekar to name a few. It will showcase the story of Aparna aka, Appi, who works hard to become a District Collector and tries to solve civic problems. The serial will show Appi and her husband, Arjun’s son, portrayed by Sairaj Kendra. Appi lives with her son far away from everyone in Uttarakhand. She had promised Arjun that she would never tell her son about him. The promo depicts her becoming a Collector in Uttarakhand. Soon, Arjun visits and he crosses paths with his son. The story will revolve around the broken relationship of the family. The viewers are excited to spot Amchya Pappani Ganpati Aanla fame Sairaj Kendre in the series as Amol- Arjun and Appi’s son.
