The filmmaker, who took to Twitter to congratulate the newly-weds like many other celebrities, decided to follow it up with an interesting observation wherein he shared how singles are suddenly longing for love and companionship and how the couples are either feeling the love or a lack of it.

"Anushka and Virat’s wedding images have tapped into almost everyone’s romantic instincts!! The singles are feeling a pang and the couples are feeling the love...( or the lack of it) ....ok am going back to staring at them!" he wrote.
