The pre-wedding festivities for Priyanka Chopra and Nick Jonas kicked off with an auspicious puja at the actress' Mumbai residence on Wednesday. Nick's brother Joe Jonas, and his fiance, Game of Thrones star Sophie Turner also joined the festivities as they were spotted arriving at Priyanka's house.
In the pictures, shared by Bollywood photographer Manav Manglani on his Instagram, we can see the two couples dressed in traditional Indian outfits as they make their way to the house. While Priyanka opted for turquoise blue embroidered suit, Nick wore a powder pink kurta with an off-white pyjamas. On the other hand, Sophie looked stunning in an all-red suit. Joe was clicked wearing a sky blue kurta and white pyjamas.

According to a report in DNA, Priyanka and Nick's grand wedding celebrations will begin on November 29 at Jodhpur's Umaid Bhawan Palace and will culminate on December 2, post which the couple will throw a lavish reception in Delhi for their family members. The report states that the mehendi and sangeet will be held on November 29 and a haldi ceremony will take place on November 30.
A source has claimed that the family will fly from Mumbai to Jodhpur in a chartered flight from where they will reach the Umaid Bhawan Palace in a chopper. The couple will reportedly take their wedding vows in a Christian ceremony on December 2 which will then be followed by a Hindu ceremony in the later part of the day.
After a whirlwind courtship, Nick popped the question to Priyanka in July when he closed down a Tiffany & Co. store to pick out the ring for the actress. The two officially announced their engagement with a traditional ‘roka’ ceremony in India amid friends and family on August 18, 2018. The couple also had their respective bachelor party earlier this month.
