Blake Lively and Ryan Reynolds often enjoy trolling one another on social media. Keeping that tradition alive, the couple once again pulled each other's legs on the internet. It all began when Lively tweeted a teaser trailer of her upcoming movie A Simple Favor. A few minutes after her post, Reynolds took to Twitter to ask his wife for spoilers, commenting, "You can tell me. We’re married. You once drove me to the hospital when you were giving birth. So… what the f**k happened to Emily?"
The Deadpool 2 star also spilled some secrets on the couple's five-year marriage in the process as he revealed that his wife actually drove him to the hospital while she was in labor.

In her response, Lively wrote, "Oh darling, of all the secrets I’m keeping from you, this should be the LEAST of your concerns... trust me."
