Marathi actor Nilesh Sable is a renowned face for his hosting skills in the show Chala Hawa Yeu Dya. For those who don’t know, Chala Hawa Yeu Dya is one of the longest-running and most successful Marathi comedy shows. The show, however, has failed to make a mark in the TRP charts for some time. Now, there is another development in the show which will surely disappoint most of the fans. Nilesh is going to take a sabbatical from the show after ten years. He has revealed this in an exclusive interview given to the ABP Majha News. Nilesh clarified that he is taking this break for some time due to health reasons. Throughout his stint in the show, Nilesh has enjoyed a multifaceted career comprising various roles as a writer, director, and actor.
Not only Nilesh, but Marathi comedians Kushal Badrike and Shreya Bugde are also likely to exit this ongoing Marathi comedy show. They will be seen in the upcoming Hindi comedy show Madness Machayenge, which will be premiered on Sony TV. This will be the replacement for the Kapil Sharma Show.
Chala Hawa Yeu Dya received love from the general public and drew the attention of numerous celebrities. The show opens with Nilesh’s comic monologues and then transitions into comedy sketches by recurring performers like Kushal, Shreya, Bharat Ganeshpure and others. Kushal started his career in the entertainment industry with the movie Friendship Dot Com in 2006. He later rose to prominence as a comedian with the show Chala Hawa Yeu Dya. He is one of the most successful comedians in the Marathi industry.
The makers of Chala Hawa Yeu Dya decided to close the show in 2017 after receiving a negative response from the audience. It was later started in 2018. It is believed that Kushal Badrike and Shreya Bugde have decided to leave the show for many such reasons. The actors have not revealed their reasons for this decision yet. The new show Madness Machayenge’s premiere date has not been declared yet by the makers. According to the promo, the show will have Huma Qureshi and comedian Harsh Gujral in prominent roles.
