Director Samudra V is all set to start the shooting of his film Kumbha. It is produced by the director himself under the banner of V Samudra Film. The launch event was organised at Filmnagar Temple, Hyderabad where the film’s scene was also shot. The shooting was launched by DS Rao, while the camera was switched on by V Samudra’s wife, Vijayalakshmi. The starting scene was directed by Chandramahesh and Devi Prasad. The film features actors like Jyoti Yadav, Varalaxmi Sarathkumar, Vijay Ram and Suraj Aditya Singh. Speaking at the event, V Samudra said, “I believe in strong stories and this film is a perfect example of it. Presently I am working in 5 films, casting new talents. Kumbha is one of those films. This will be a pan-India film, which will hit the theatres in 6 Indian languages. The other films that I am working on along with Kumbha are Varadaraju Govindam, Rama Janma Bhoomi and Production No 5. All the films will be produced under the same banner V Samudra Film. I am very delighted to announce my projects and hope that everyone will visit the theatres to watch the film.”
Talking at the event, music director Warangal Srinu mentioned that he is lucky to get the chance to work with a director like Samudra V. He stated that Samudra is a person whose films often become the talk of the town. He said, “Samudra V has only worked on films with huge names. His movies often become blockbuster hits and the songs perfectly match with the context of the film.”
The film’s lead actor, Vijay Ram also expressed his happiness and pride and thanked the director for giving him the opportunity to play the lead role in the film. He requested the audience to watch it at the theatres and pray for the success of Kumbha.
Spiritual leader Vetta Raju was also present at the launch event. He blessed the whole unit and said, “Director Samudra is a great filmmaker and his films have been blockbusters. This film will also surely be a super hit.”
Alongside Vijay Ram and Suraj Aditya Singh, the film features actors like Jyoti Yadav, Varalaxmi Sarathkumar, Ajay Ghosh and Besant Ravi.
