Tamannaah Bhatia has rented a few spaces in Mumbai, a report has claimed. The actress is said to have mortgaged a commercial property in Juhu. She has also reportedly rented out three houses in Mumbai’s Andheri West area. According to a Hindustan Times report, Tamannaah’s residential mortgaged adds up to Rs 7.84 crore whereas the office space comes with a rent tag of Rs 18 lakh per month.
In documents accessed by the publication, Tamannaah’s new office space is spread across 6065-sq ft. Situated in Western Wind on Juhu Tara Road, the property has been leased for a period of five years. The actress will be paying a monthly rental of Rs 18 lakh. After three years, the rent will spike to Rs 20.16 lakh and in the fifth year, she will have to pay Rs 20.96 lakh a month. She registered the deal on June 27, with a security deposit of Rs 72 lakhs.
Meanwhile, the houses are said to be situated in Andheri West’s Veera Desai Road. The residential units are spread across an area of 2595 sq ft and is being mortgaged for Rs 7.84 crore. Tamannaah is yet to react to the report.
On the work front, Tamannaah will be seen in Aranmanai 4, a comedy-horror drama directed by Sundar C. Alongside Tamannaah, the film boasts an ensemble cast including Sundar leading a star-studded lineup featuring Raashii Khanna, Ramachandra Raju, Santhosh Prathap, Kovai Sarala, Yogi Babu, VTV Ganesh, Delhi Ganesh and K. S. Ravikumar in pivotal roles. The film serves as the fourth instalment in the successful Aranmanai film series.
The actress also recently expressed her wish to work with Shah Rukh Khan some day. “I think I love Shah Rukh. I just love him. So, I would love to do a film with Shah Rukh,” Tamannaah said at an event hosted to promote Aranmanai 4.
Tamannaah is also often in the news for her relationship with Vijay Varma.
