One of the youth-oriented films which was released in the Telugu industry is Prabuthuwa Junior Kalashala, helmed by Sreenath Pulakuram. The film was released this year and struck a chord with the audience. The gripping storyline and the amazing performances of the star cast makes it quite a great watch. The love story after its run in the theatres has graced not one but two OTT platforms. Prabuthuwa Junior Kalashala centres around Vasu, a boy hailing from a humble family who becomes the top student in his college. Everything changes when he falls for a girl named Kumari. The film stars Pranav Singampalli, Shagna Sri Venun, Ram Pats, Teja Goud, Bombay Padma, Sri Munichandra and Mandapeta Mallika. The innocent love story portrayed by Pranav Sinagampalli and Shagna Sri Venun captivated the audience.
The audio rights of the film were acquired by T-series. It is currently streaming on AHA and Amazon Prime Video. The film is produced under the banners of Black Ant Pictures and Sreenatha Kathalu. The music department of Prabuthuwa Junior Kalashala is handled by Karthik Rodriguez and cinematography is by Nikhil Surendran. The film is also being co-directed by Vamsi Udayagiri, apart from Sreenath Pulakuram.
The makers of Prabuthuwa Junior Kalashala believe that it is made to entertain audiences across all age groups and the film will impress and touch their hearts. The first look for this flick was launched in March, earlier this year. At its launch event, the lead actress Shagna Sri thanked the director for offering her a wonderful opportunity and said that she was lucky to be selected for the role. She also complimented Singampalli’s acting and thanked him for his cooperation. The film premiered on the Aha platform on August 26 and on Amazon Prime.
