Presented by Jio Studios, ‘Laapataa Ladies’ is directed by Kiran Rao and produced by Aamir Khan and Jyoti Deshpande. The film will be released in theatres on March 1, 2024, and has been made under the banner of Aamir Khan Productions and Kindling Productions, with the script based on an award-winning story by Biplab Goswami.

Recently, Aamir and Kiran also attended News18 India Chaupal when they opened up on their film and talked about working with Rao after the divorce. “Has a doctor said that when a divorce happens, you immediately become enemies? I consider myself fortunate that Kiran came into my life, and our journey has been very fulfilling for me. We have created a lot together, both personally and professionally, and we will continue to move forward together. We are connected on a human and emotional level, and we will always be. We are like a family,” he said.
