Ranbir Kapoor Says 'My Wife' Alia Will 'KILL' Him If He Shows Raha's Photo: 'I Love Showing Her Pic'

Ranbir Kapoor joked Alia Bhatt might ‘kill’ him if he shows their daughter Raha’s photo. The actor was seated for a long chat with a selected group of fans over Zoom when a fan asked him if she could see Raha’s photo. Ranbir admitted that he loves showing Raha’s photos but he would get pulled up by Alia if he showed Raha’s photo in the public domain. However, he promised to show her photo after the recording ended.

For the unversed, Ranbir and Alia have decided to keep Raha away from the spotlight. The couple, who welcomed Raha last November, had met with the paparazzi earlier this year and requested them to not take photos of Raha. In a new chat with fans, Ranbir confessed that he often shows Raha’s photos when he meets close ones.

“I will show you at the end of this chat, I will show you a picture of hers. But you have to keep it a secret because my wife will kill me otherwise,” the told the fan requesting for the photo. “I love showing her pictures. Wherever I go, she is the only I person I show off about. Whoever I meet, I say ‘You want to see my daughter or what?’ And I keep showing her picture all the time,” he added.

During the same chat, Ranbir revealed Raha has begun eating solid food items and even eats a few dishes on her own sometimes. While she has not started walking, she is crawling and standing on her own, Ranbir revealed.

Alia and Ranbir welcomed Raha on November 6, 2022. Sharing the news on Instagram at the time, Alia wrote, “And in the best news of our lives:- Our baby is here…and what a magical girl she is. We are officially bursting with love – blessed and obsessed Parents!!! love love love Alia and Ranbir.”

A few weeks later, Alia revealed that the family has named the daughter Raha. “The name Raha (chosen by her wise and wonderful Dadi) has so many beautiful meanings… Raha, in its purest form means divine path in Swahili she is Joy, In Sanskrit, Raha is a clan, In Bangla – rest, comfort, relief, in Arabic peace, it also means happiness, freedom & bliss. And true to her name, from the first moment we held her – we felt it ALL! Thank you Raha, for bringing our family to life, it feels as though our lives have only just begun,” she revealed on Instagram.
