From Matt Henry to Ollie Robinson: Check List of INR 75 Lakhs Base Price Players in IPL 2024 Auction
The auction for the 2024 edition of the cash-rich Indian Premier League will take place on the 19th of December in Dubai, UAE as 333 players go under the hammer in the hopes of playing in the biggest T20 franchise league.
Players from around the world have registered themselves for the mini-auction in base prices varying from 20 Lakhs to 2 Crore INR ahead of the highly anticipated event.
A total of 116 capped players and uncapped players are 215 feature in the list and will be competing for a maximum of 77 slots that are now available with up to 30 being slotted for overseas players.
Kiwis Matt Henry, Finn Allen, and Ish Sodhi have put themselves down in the 75L category alongside West Indies players such as Keemo Paul, Fabien Allen and Shai Hope.
Australians Lance Morris, Billy Stanlake, and Englishmen Ollie Robinson, and Olly Stone are placed in the 75L base price bracket as is Bangladeshi veteran Taskin Ahmed.
Just 11 players have enlisted themselves in the 75 L category, while the top three brackets include the 2 Crore, 1.5 Crore and 1 Crore base prices.
A total of 23 players have placed themselves in the top bracket of base price Rs. 2 Crore, including the likes of World Cup winners Travis Head, Mitchell Starc, Steve Smith, and Pat Cummins.
Only three Indians have registered themselves in the top bracket of 2 Crores, namely, Umesh Yadav, Harshal Patel and Shardul Thakur.
