Noida Metro: Boosts Connectivity for UP International Trade Show, Aqua Line Trains Every 7.5 Minutes

The Noida Metro Rail Corporation (NMRC) s going above and beyond to facilitate seamless transportation for visitors attending the highly anticipated Uttar Pradesh International Trade Show (UPITS) from September 21 to 25.
In a move that’s set to redefine convenience, the NMRC is ramping up the frequency of its Aqua Line trains.
NMRC Managing Director, Lokesh M, unveiled the transit marvel, announcing that visitors can now access the exhibition hassle-free via the nearest metro station, Knowledge Park.
Previously running at 10-minute intervals, the Aqua Line will now operate every 7.5 minutes from 8 AM to 10 PM, ensuring swift and efficient connectivity throughout the event.
During peak hours – 8 AM to 11 AM and 5 PM to 8 PM – the trains will zip by at an interval of just 7.5 minutes, an initiative by NMRC to accommodate the surge in commuters during these critical times, according to a statement released by the NMRC.
The UPITS extravaganza is scheduled to take place at the India Expo Centre and Mart in Greater Noida from September 21 to 25, with President Droupadi Murmu inaugurating the event later today.
In a generous gesture, Rakesh Kumar, Chairman of India Expo Centre and Mart, has declared free entry for the general public from 3 PM to 8 PM, making it even more accessible to the masses.
To further simplify your commute, the NMRC has made parking facilities available at eight Aqua Line metro stations, including Sector 51, Sector 76, NSEZ, Sector 142, Sector-137, Pari Chowk, Alpha 1, and Delta 1.
With 44 exhibitor categories on display, UPITS will cover an impressive range, including ODOP, Agriculture and Horticulture, Animal Husbandry, Fisheries, Dairy Department, Association-Forum, Automobile-EV-Auto Components, Beverage Industry, e-commerce, FMCG, Food Processing, Furniture, Handloom, Handicrafts and Textiles, Healthcare, Printing and Packaging, and Renewable Energy, among others.
Over 2,000 exhibitors are all set to captivate attendees at the International Trade Show, representing key departments of the UP government, multiple sectors, multi-brands, and manufacturers.
