DMK MP Kanimozhi, who was recently released from Tihar jail after spending 165 days behind bars, is expected to attend the hearing as scheduled.
She returned from Chennai on Tuesday after her first visit home since she got out on bail.
The DMK MP was granted bail on November 28.
Other accused who were also granted bail include Cineyug founder Karim Morani, Kalaignar TV's MD Sharath Kumar, Kusegaon directors Asif Balwa and Rajeev Agarwal.
