182. Badwah is a state Assembly/Vidhan Sabha constituency in the state of Madhya Pradesh and is part of Khandwa Lok Sabha/Parliamentary constituency. Badwah falls in Khargone district and Malwa Tribal region of Madhya Pradesh. It is categorised as a rural seat.

There are a total of 2,09,202 voters in the seat, which includes 1,07,851 male voters, and 1,01,350 female voters. In the 2018 Madhya Pradesh elections, Badwah recorded a voter turnout of 80.92%. In 2013 the turnout was 79.77%, and in 2008 it was 73.17%.

In 2013, Hitendra Sinh Dhyan Sinh Solanki of BJP won the seat by a margin of 5,630 votes (3.65%). Hitendra Sinh Dhyan Sinh Solanki secured 43.82% of the total votes polled.

BJP won this seat in the 2008 Assembly elections with a margin of 16,474 votes (15.42%), registering 51.92% of the total votes polled.
