New Delhi: The BJP still maintains that it is winning the Delhi Assembly election. It claims that it is not disturbed by the pre-poll surveys, which are predicting an AAP win. Speaking to CNN-IBN, BJP's chief ministerial candidate Kiran Bedi said "I have been confident from day one. People will vote for us because we can provide a strong, stable and not confrontational government".
Commenting on opinion polls she said "you don't know what I know. I travel in every constituency day and night. I won't go by surveys; I am going with the love people are giving me. People should vote for me as the CM candidate as I understand there problems of Delhi. I can only give an efficient government".
Commenting on the allegations that the AAP is distributing liquor for votes, the Union minister Dr Harshvardhan who was also campaigning for Bedi in his bastion on the last day of public campaigning said "we don't need to resort to such tactics, they are seeing an impending defeat that's why they are saying all this".
He reiterated that the BJP does not need a certificate by the AAP.
Thanking the voters of Krishna Nagar, which he represented without a break since 1993 he said "this isn't a show of strength by me. I've given my life to the constituency, people have come out spontaneously".
Mahesh Giri, East Delhi MP said that the BJP would will win all ten seats and the AAP was not strong.
