Court to pronounce order on Bhushan CD case
If the court rejects the report, Delhi police might be asked to investigate further, include the Chandigarh FSL report.

New Delhi: After the Delhi Police submitted a closure report saying that the CD showing conversation between Amar Singh, Shanti Bhushan and Mulayam Singh Yadav were genuine, Tis Hazari court on Monday is all set to pronounce its order on whether the report can be accepted or not.

If the court rejects the report, Delhi police might be asked to investigate further, include the Chandigarh FSL report. If it accepts the report, an FIR can be lodged against Bhushan.

Shanti Bhushan's son and Team Anna member Prashant Bhushan has dragged the Prime Minister's Office into the controversial CD issue alleging that it was behind withholding a forensic report which said it was doctored.

Prashant Bhushan claimed that the PMO in response to RTI of Subhash Aggarwal gave him only Delhi CFSL report and not the Chandigarh report.

After the CD came into circulation, Shanti Bhushan had filed a complaint with Delhi Police on April 14, alleging that it was fabricated and denied having any conversation with Mulayam and Singh.

"Shanti Bhushan had given a copy of the Amar Singh CD to the Delhi Police and we had conclusively demonstrated in a press conference on April 17, 2011 that Mulayam Singh's speech had been merely cut and pasted on this fabricated CD from the Amar Singh tape," Prashant said.
